Thomas L. Perry was born on July 23, 1915 in Taunton. He died in Taunton on January 13, 2000. He was appointed to the Taunton Police Department as a reserve officer on October 6, 1941, and fulltime on October 14, 1947. He retired on September 15. 1960.
