Bristol County Sheriff's Office

This badge is one of my oldest and still looks brand new. It is rolled gold and hand engraved. Jacob Blake was a Deputy Sheriff for Britol County covering Mansfield, Massachusetts from 1860 until the 1880s. He is listed in the 1880 United States Census in this position.
